The rope drops down into the teeth of the Clamcleat® CL205 to give a quick, positive lock that is easy to release. Fix with bolts or screws. Its simple design has led to it being fitted on boats to farm equipment.

For an Aluminium version, see the CL220.
Using the CL805 tapered Pad can aid rope alignment into the CL205.
A smaller version is the CL201, for 6-12mm ropes.
