Returns Policy

For returns, you have the option to seek approval for product(s) bought on trotacmarine.ca within the past 30 days. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Trotac Marine. Please note that NOT all items are available for returns, such as cut lengths of a product, fishing products, electronics, books/charts, any items containing chips or transistors, and others. Only unused clothing items in their original packaging and in new, resellable condition are eligible for return. Items will be inspected, and if deemed suitable for resale, a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued for the product only, excluding shipping costs.

For exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item, kindly email us with your request at online@trotac.ca. Customers will also be responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
