Interlux Intergrip No Skid Compound 2398C - 1/2 Pint
Intergrip 2398C is an additive that when mixed with paint and applied to decks provides sure footing on what would otherwise be a slippery surface.
It has a regular spherical shape that not only has superb non-slip properties but also has less tendency to collect dirt than natural grip.
Use 4 - 6 ounces by volume of Intergrip 2398C per quart of finish paint as a starting point.
The amount to the mix is dependant on the non-skid texture desired. A stir stick can be used to measure the mixed density.
Once mixed, Intergrip 2398C can be applied by brush, roller or broadcast.
Usually, two or more coats are applied, allowing an overnight dry between coats.
