GOLIGHT 8130 Li-On Handheld Searchlight

The GL-8130-M from Larson Electronics is a 6.5 million candlepower, military grade rechargeable spotlight that produces a beam width of 120 feet. The maxiumum beam distance is 3,600 feet and has a beam angle of 11 degrees. This Golight Profiler Searchlight has been designed and manufactured according to military specifications.

The GL-8130-M has a 55 Watt Axial Filament halogen bulb that generates an extremely bright, virtually perfect beam of light to eliminate dark spots, cast a broad spectral pattern and reach distances of up to one mile. It also has a secondary 1 watt LED browsing lamp to conserve power when the super bright halogen main beam is not needed.

This light has a two position patented swivel handle creating spotlight and lantern functionality. The on/off squeeze button features a locking trigger switch. The GL-8130-M also has an LED battery power level indicator gauge to help determine how much battery life is available. This Golight is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery pack. When fully charged the light will run for 60 minutes in searchlight mode and 50 hours when using just the LED. This light has a quick two hour charge time. It comes with a docking station charging system that runs on 12 VDC. It also comes with a 115 VAC charger and a 12 V direct run cord.

The GL-8130-M is made up of a rugged weatherproof construction and has a carbon fiber reinforced housing and an aircraft aluminum parabolic reflector. It has a high performance, high impact polycarbonate lens and is protected by a shock-proof rubber lens. It also has a cushioned grip handle. We have added a 200 pound grip magnetic base to this Golight Profiler for easy mounting and hands free operation.
