    One use is for tensioning sunshades.

    The nylon CL209 has the same hole centres, with without a fairlead.
    The aluminium CL254has the same hole centres, with without a fairlead.
    For larger ropes, look at the nylon CL228, with fairlead.
    For smaller ropes, look at these nylon fairlead cleats:- CL272 and CL203.
